Can I rejoin in Infosys after resigning due to medical emergency, I have worked for there for 1.7 years and it was my first company and currently I have a gap of 1 year. If I were to rejoin, what is the process?

For new joiners it was 4 years before they can rehire you i guess

It was a medical issue and i am also in good terms with manager when I was working, is it still not possible?

You can call your manager then once and ask him if he can pull some strings and get you back
