Trending @Infosys; Rejected from Mapping of Demand
I got rejected for demand of mapping for one of project requirement with owing to technical interview failure.. With description as Technical Capability issues of employee. What it mean? And I got seperate mail from tpd to accept or reject failure.. Can anyone suggest what is this?
That means you are screwed. Basically they are saying you were not good technically. If the interview was in your technology and your yourself felt that you did bad no option but to accept. As they will have enough proof . But it was in a doffernt tech where you did not have experince you can reject it stating the skill set requiement didn’t match.

Two more such rejections and you are out !!

If you haven’t given any interview and this came due to any other issue like you not accepting their location or type of project then you can reject stating the same
