Trending @Infosys; Regret to join Infosys
Joined 3 months ago, benched for 2. Then the PM team just dumped me into a totally different domain where my SME skills are basically useless (less than 10% utilized). Tried to refuse, but HR, TPD, and PM were all in on it. Seriously, this is the worst company experience I've ever had.
I believe same thing is happening with all the laterals who are joining Infy .
Bro if you've joined 3months ago then check your joining letter it must be written somewhere that before probation period which is 6months your np will be 1months only so try looking soon
No, they’ve clearly mentioned NP of 90 days during probation as well.
I am also facimg same. I was hired for the skills i have but after joining they forced me into different skill which is not all related to my skills.
