JL4 in November 2023 got 20% hike in some units for outstanding rating. It’s indeed a rarity. Not sure broadly how many got that. But it will depend on your role and the percentile salary you have compared to your peers at same JL. If lower percentile you will get higher hike given all other factors (unit:rating:experience) the same
