I have confirmed my pregnancy and doctor told me to work from home for 3 months.. Can I request my manager for that.. or how can I convience them to provide me wfh. Any suggestions please.

Discuss with your managerand BPHR. Get medical document from doctor and submit in hello doctor portal. But portal allows only one month of wfh exception
