From what I have seen, it is in the range of 4.9 LPA to 7.2 LPA. Not sure on the parameters they use to decide this.

Ok because I have seen someone having 6.5 and 2 3 known people said it's 4.9 so not sure what I will get ..I have dq -120 completed lots of certifications and also have 2 3 skill tags.. So is there any way to get that

Having a DQ score of 120 while being JL3 definitely puts you in the top 1% and the certifications will definitely help. It also depends on your current package. I think you will at least get 6.5 LPA. What was your icount rating last year?
