Trending @Infosys; Regarding release of project
Hello all I joined on May 24 at infy and I got a project. But unfortunately they are not given KT just gave a videos link and then directly jumped into the tasks. And keep me in daily status calls and all and simultaneously ping in the team's group and send mails also regarding tasks.
Can I ask directly my manager Could you release from this project and I will check other projects.
Could you please suggest further.
Welcome to the toxic IT world, u are thinking they will provide you good KT sessions in next project then u r misleading bro. U have to explore by your own sometimes, even I din't got a KT from Client manager and my role was client facing. U have to do this, try more, fail more keep trying more u will count it as blessings one day. And yes don't get release from a project like this or else they will destroy your rating and could probably lead to layoff... I have a friend who got layed off in same condition. Good Luck.
Yes exactly, it's not good to change the project, and yes most of projects people will get recording session only, you have to digest and have to work otherwise. 😊😊
You will not get live KT here.. you have to explore by yourself, I also got the recorded session and I'm here from Dec 2023 and working in project & delivered multiple tasks but still my Manager is forcing to complete all recorded KT videos (kt from 2021-2024).
You will not get released from a project easily or else they will give you a bad rating which leads to you on PIP then ... I have a friend who has faced the same situation. All the best
I also having same situation bro they didn't provide me kt and directly assigned to task and i got stuck on error from last week till not solved no one is ready to help me from my teammates and they are asking me this in daily scrum call can't do anything need to explore by myself only
Look outside and put down the papaeran leave as soon as possible. This is just the beginning
