Hello all,like I got year end rating as Met expectations...I am new in company...so rating is given in every 3 months or what? Like in March if I got NI or such rating ..will this lead to pip or what...or just year end rating matters?

The rating is given once in a year

So now in dec 2026 only will rating matter.... What about quarterly check in ...they also give rating right?

In quarterly check-in , you add details of what you have done. Rating is not given quarterly
