I completed 3.1 Year in Infosys,but my progression got delayed.i became senior Systems Engineer in April.Am i eligible for Promotion as Technology Analyst and what is the criteria for that

you need to complete 1 year as SSE to get promoted to TA. and. BCEP level 5 must.

The manager should nominate/recommended your name for a TA post. Once you complete your 1 year as SSE

you can ask your manager to nominate/recommended you.

there will be slots available in every quarter as and when you get your eligibility then the manager can do it for you.
