Hi folks, Question to any manager/senior manager - can a manager nominate two resources say one jl4 to jl5 and another jl3 to jl4 and will both get it or is it just one resource per manager per quarter ?

Both can get same quarter, if slots are available for each JL, else depends on the slot per JL.

Slots are at DM level. If he revives more nominations than slots DM will ask to prioritise . The slots are at each JL level. The higher the JL the lesser the slots
