I am lateral joiner, join as Associate Consultant in infy! Joined in April. I moved to this central bench thing. So how much time it will get to allocated in a project? Also what is the minimum time and maximum time taken to get a project? What if I don't get project they will fire me ? Pls share your experience 🙏 thank you !

Purely as per my knowledge and observation. Always rules are changing, rules may apply as per the unit, skill and requirement to the company. When anyone is on the bench it means those are back up for them. So, I request you to expertise in your own skill and get in touch with managers by teams or outlook.
