Hi folks. I joined on August 11th. Till now was on bench was almost total 8 days. Till now there is no project. Was mapped to one account there was no project work but they released many people from that account. Again got mapping for other account same thing happened . But project got delayed there and they released everyone from that account and they put ti bench. Both accounts were training code and pre production code. In alcon its showing bench till jan 31 2026. Will there be any problem in probation confirmation if on bench till 6 months?
