While official notice period is 90 days, but if you are on bench and resign...

In what time they'll release you? Can you get an immediate release without any interrogation?

Please help with the process.

No DM are not releasing at least .. i am stuck in same scenario

Ask your DM nicely. If you have nothing tomhandover no reason to hold you back

So my scenario is like.. i am in project and client agreed to release me by sept 30 .. i will be on bench after that and i have 1 month notice left.. still the DM is not agreeing to leave me and also for not agreeing for buyout

Yeah you can talk with DM and HR and ask for immediate release... Most of the time they will release you immediately. I know one guy got release in 1 day..
