Im on bench, and want to come in night shift for one night. Is there any ones permission or approval required? And at gate security allow me to go inside, without managers pre-approval?
If you are on Bench why are you interested in Night shift? In Some SDB after 9:00 PM if there are less then 4 people Security tell you to go to another SDB where they are More than 4 people? If on Bench you won’t get shift allowances.
I have train in the morning for my hometown. And they allow me to do only 2 days WFH in a week, so i thought if its possible then i do one night shift which might be counted in WFO. That's the only reason.
Don’t get unnecessary in Trouble. That’s what I think
Staying late at office after 8pm requires manager approval. Check the mailers regarding WFO guidelines.
