Trending @Infosys; Regarding NI Rating.
Hi I am yet to join infy on April 25. I have seen lots of posts regarding NI rating. So I just want to know how someone gets this NI rating. Like - If we work properly and do the task then also we get an NI rating. Or We need to build a good relationship with the manager and team then we can skip this NI rating.
Your suggestion and feedback is really important.
It’s not different from any other organisation in this world. So don’t worry about it. If some one is working well he won’t be getting NI rating.

Even though you work well if your manager doesn't like you for some reason he puts you in a non billable account for a certain duration. They project in a way you're not capable of taking challenging projects and finally leads to NI. All these are only done by dumb manger to showcase his performance.
That's really sad bro. Let's see in my probation period itself I will upskill myself and look for another role in some other companies.
