Hi all , I have given my resignation yesterday, and currently i am on leave till Monday,
My manager pinged me saying let’s discuss and called me on mobile but i was not able to respond to him over mobile phone.
What should i say to him, regarding my resignation?
What should be my approach now?
What happened in the next episode
He asked me the reason why your leaving at very end of conversation before that my manager is saying there are lots of good projects are coming you will learn a lot you will get to work on new technologies and all I replied him like okay
Then he ask me reason for leaving i said i have offer from other company and i will join that organisation
He asked what they are offering you and said okay and left the call
Haa bhai... Lots of project are coming,that's why we are hiring from outside and move them to do those projects. Rest internal people will still be on bench , get PIPs or terminated , or if you are in project you won't be released .... In logo ke liye Lex pe koi nayi training honi chahiye, so that they can say something different 😑
