Yes you are eligible for night shift allowance but have a talk with manager once about this he has to initiate it I think

If you're able to apply wfh between 5pm and 2am, you're already in the NSA list, check with your manager they need to release the allowance by 10th of every month

Yes you are eligible but your manager needs to add your name in NSA and you have to get approval for NSA.

Manager can add people to NSA list, once you are on that list you will get paid based on that, (NSA mail compensation generally comes once its approved each month)
