Despite of getting Oustanding ratings, got just 5% hike. Working for 3 years and got just low hike. Iam from ENGNE unit. I heard for outstanding ratings, we will get atleast 10% hike. Some are telling it depends on unit wise. Anyone from ENGNE unit got hike more than 5???

I have joined on April 2022, and got confirmed on Nov 2023 there was no rating for me back then but for 23-24 I got ME instead of that I didn't got any hike. What's the criteria for the hike?

Simple criteria u should complete 24 months before 1 jan 2024

Bro i joined 28 feb 2022 for 22-23 & 23-24 i have a outstanding rating muze bhi hike nhi. Mila isi liye kal ji resigned dala he 🫠
