Any manager, senior person here who can help to give any insight for us who did not get hike this time by saying you received ECR in same financial year. When can we expect our first performance appraisal. When we can see the use of icount rating for us. ECR was based on last rating when we will get anything for current rating.
It entirely depends on eligibility criteria and it can change every year. In 2021 annual hike was given even after ECR. In next cycle you can surely expect a hike but no one knows when it will be, it can be after 1 or 2 year. Ultimately don't think of these things so much as hikes are negligible here and try to switch from here.
Yes, that’s what we need to do but still giving full effort getting good rating, staying in top dq range and not getting anything feels really bad.
