Trending @Infosys; Regarding Exceptional WFH

Does any one knows the process of WFH pre approval for Critical medical conditions. I got the 26 days approval from HR, but while adding additional WFH I am getting error msg showing u can avail only 5 WFH per quarter.

Yaa same. And the HR is not responding to msgs/ mails

Hi , I am also facing the same issue.got 17 days approval from Hello Doctor portal and HR. But in system there are no option available for critical medical reasons. I have mailed them. They said that by this weekend they will implement it and will be available in the system
