Trending @Infosys; Regarding Compensation Revision

I had a discussion with my Delivery Manager regarding my compensation revision. He told me that it’s not really possible right now since I have completed only 1 year at Infosys. He also mentioned that in January he will put my name forward to HR if they ask for any intervention, but this will be considered only if there is no regular hike in April.

What are your views, guys ?
