If I take a half-day leave and work from home for the remaining half, will it be deducted from my WFH balance? Or will it be treated the same as an office day, where I complete 3.5 office hours and apply WFH for the remaining hours without any balance deduction?

I had to apply work from home in a scenario when my hours in office was 5 mins less then 3:30 hrs :(

Same happened with me make sure to clock atleast 4 hrs for being safe

You have to atleast stay 4 hours at office and then you can apply WFH for rest of the hours then it will not deduct WFH balance

Don't apply WFH for the remaining day if you are visiting office for 4 hours.. Unless your manager forces you to mark half day
