Trending @Infosys; Regarding Attendance

I recently join infy, it's been a week and I am unallocated. When I applied for an attendance as WFH for 9:15 hrs I am getting a status as : Status Unknown even after a week ? Can anyone help me to know why this ?

It will get auto approved. In infy most of the managers are lazy, they dont approve the on dury requests. System will be auto approved after 15 days. But in the backend it will show attendees so dont get panic

Hey, thank you so much for letting me know.
Like we have 2 option right !
1st case:
When we go to office and stay there for 3.5hrs to 4hrs and the rest we need to apply WFH or ON DUTY ? as i am applying WFH in this case also.

2nd case: If I am working from home then obviously I will apply WFH right for straight 9:15hrs ( 10:00 am ) to ( 17:15 pm ).

I am doing the right thing ? Right !

2nd case is correct. 1st case, not sure still valid. Please wait if someone responds to your query. You get only 10WFH per a month. If you applying WFH for rest of the hours, your WFH balance is not deducting?

check in Manage wfh, if the entry is there, relax.

Sorry, but what kind of entry. As when I see the I have 10-12 WFH available in infymeweb. So it's means that I can do WFH right ?

your question mentions applied attendence as wfh. if you apply for attwndance , it will show in manage wfh section for that date.

WFH will get auto approved if manager didn’t approved after 7 days. OD will not be auto approved if manger didn’t approve after the timeline to approve leaves will get deducted for the day OD applied
