Hi, I joined in Infosys in Oct 2022. Till date I didn't promoted. my past manager said will promote in this quarter but due to project ramp down, I moved to bench and joined in new project. Can I ask promotion now from present manager or previous manager as I'm facing so many financial issues and my pay is less and got a small hike recent and that hike money goes to transport deduction.
