When you refer to a candidate via referral, his resume was shortlisted and interview date was given. When will he receive the interview link?
Can anyone please tell the process?
As soon as the panel is available, they will schedule the interview.
If interview date is given to the candidate, they will get a link to a Teams meeting 24 hours before the date and if there is a coding round, they’ll get the link on the day of the interview. (Typically 2-3 hours before)
Probably, once referred, the respective candidate will receive acknowledgement email with new link attached to submit mandatory documents, post submission of those documents by candidates, the organisation validates the documents, nad if those looks ok, they will plan for the interview.
Interview date will be depends on the projects demand and panel availability. It sometimes delayed, if there is no quick demand from project’s.
