Trending @Infosys; Redusing notice period in probation

I have joined 2 months back to infy ...I'm still on bench no project calls nothing..now I want to resign as I have got good offer from an organisation here last working day shoes 3 months from now ...whome to ask to reduce that? Will they reduce my notice period?

Please share your Tech stack and YOE... I'm also looking for another switch and just joined infy 3 months back Is it safe to jump to another one that early?

Im not sure the procedure is changed or not but i believe that you should resign immediately , there is no notice period on probation period

Had you informed the new organisation about your 90-days notice period during or before the interviews? Or you intentionally mentioned less than 90days to them?

I have mentioned I'm not sure if I have 1 month or 3 month they have given 2 months ka date from now for joining they are open for changing date also that isn't the prob I work on a niche skill projects on that skills in infy are were less and I'm not getting any calls for project ntg..so want to leave here as early as possible

It's not case now.. Im on probation and serving my 3 months notice

I remember the notice period in probation is just 1 month. People on bench gets early release as well.
