Trending @Infosys; Reducing notice period to 30 days

I have received an offer that is giving me 50% hike but they are asking me to join within 30-35 days, how to reduce my notice period is buyout an option? Like I heard that if one gives back the salary for the required months (2 months) then they'll give quick release
