I have been given "Stock Award" certificate of recognition. Can someone help me understand what is this and are there any benifits?

My Experience- i got into ESOP last year and allocated 120 shares and the vesting is 4years. 30shares per year.
Could you please tell what's the exercise price to buy?
What will we do with this chillar!! 2L over 4 years. And it’s not an Amazon or google stock which will double / triple in 4 years!! If it’s such a good stock we will actually buy from market 🤣 so esop is next carrot after h1b. If they give 20L worth if esop over 4 years then it’s different . Why wait to collect this chillar/ this amount you can get in cash with one jump!!
