Trending @Infosys; Reallocation - Work from Hyderabad DC requested
I am currently working in CSS project for MS. I am support engineer in power platform, recently I have been told that I need to work from hyderabad DC as it is requested by management.
I have my base location in Mohali DC, and have been following WFO policy from last 6 months. Due to family reasons I can't reallocate to Hyderabad, any suggestion what I can revert to management?
- They are mentioning like it will be only for few months, but I suspect they will change my base location and after that will request me to continue workong from HYD Dc.
A frnd of mine who had night shift in mx unit too got reallocated from pune to hyderabad for 3 months due to mgmt request and accommodation was done in ecc building. See if you dont want to go provide them necessary reasons but they're gonna have repercussions. So be mindful of saying no to them, get the details as how many months you've to stay if they in case Extend and let you reallocate completely...the best option is put a resignation with a offer in hand
