The real manager is the one listed on iCount. The bench manager handles your attendance temporarily. For official matters, iCount manager is key.

Ok thanks...I if want extended leave or work from home then icount manager is right person to ask??

Who is the one who assigns you day to day work? Icount manager can be edited . And you can put whoever you want. But that person has to agree. Mostly your manager is what you see when you click your name in outlook. But in some cases. Especially for horozaontal units it can be different. Ideally Icount manager should be one who assigns you day to day work.
