Simple bring your mother to live with you in the city of work . It has 2 advantages.

1. You can be with mom to help her
2. All big cities have better cardiology doctors than small towns and villages and even if theres any other complications due to cardiology medication such as diabetes kidney issues you can refer to one super speciality hospital
3. If you have your apartment in a bigger complex your mom can walk 5 kms daily which will help her in recovery in long term . Iam a heart attack survivor and if I had got my attack in a tier 2 town now I will not be here to write this .
