Try getting interviews at outside from now , even though if you apply for ijp you need manager approval

I do not know why you are having so much hope on ijp? It is a scam it is only for sse or tech analyst

If you get NI rating...be ready for PIP... And after that for resign or termination.

Note- be prepared mentally yourself....
