During midstop I was doing well and get positive response from manager. For the next mid year I was in a new project and under 3 months I was as a buffer resource where I was not given full work just some support work. After 3 months they handover me the new team as lead as my I was power programmer. As the entire team was new so during October we faced some client escalation due to which I got ratings like Need more leadership maturity and lack of communication with client.

Please suggest what rating I can expect from my mentor.
