If you are from STG , then your rating is given by mentor . They took project feedback from your project manager .

Self rating happens twice ( once in mid year and another in year end). Normally year end is the one everyone consider for ratings( including managers). For year end , self evaluation starts in October, and your manager will give the rating. You will come to know your rating in year end.
