Trending @Infosys; Rating last date

What would be the rating for commandable ? And met expectations?

Also this date is for meeting with manager..final rating will come at nov end i guess

Date has been shifted to 4 nov atleast for my unit. I can see the date in icount

So if they have given NI rating I have 2 months time

Managers give rating, it goes to reviewer then to DM if reviewer is not DM then to central HR. Then they rationalise it as in 35-40%CD, 0-5% OS, 40-45%ME, 0-10% NI, 5%UP. All this takes around 1-2 months. Rating will be out only December end
