Trending @Infosys; Rating issue with my manager
Manger is not giving proper Rating.every year I am getting Met Expectations. Others one if they or not completed certifications also they are getting commands me contineously. How to handle this. Can I apply ijp?
The other person who is doing nothing they are strategy players and Chamcha 😄 Everywhere it is same , apply for IJP get increment and move on .. there is no solution to it , the more you talk to manger the more they will tell stories ..
IJP profile before setting , in L&C update your skills there based on that only IJP profiles will be filtered and you can then visit & apply 🙃
Can we get increment if we select through IJP ?
You can apply whatever you want to. IJP or outside. ME is given to 70% employees as per bell curve unless you can prove you did something additional outside work which adds value to Infosys
