Hi Team, For me till last week it was showing Frozen but when I check today for my icount it's showing Rating with Appriser so what does it mean and why it got changed again in my icount any clarification for it. Thanks!

Means, appraiser has the final ratings and they have to communicate it to the employee. Means now your manager will inform you about rating via ping or email.
