I joined infy last year in sep. In October, my manager said I have just joined so I'm not eligible for rating and I didn't got it last year. Is there any kind of default ratings for such cases? I am I eligible for the hikes in Jan?

Generally one should spend 1 complete cycle from oct - sep to be eligible for rating of that cycle.

Bro u live in delusional world i guess. Generally the procedure is u dont get ratings for the first year. Ideally u should get the ratings for second year followed by the hike depending upon the same. But there are people including me who joined infy in 2022 still didn't got a single penny of hike. SO CHILL, u are in a long Queue😅... Harsh but Reality
