Trending @Infosys; Rant: Took a leave to avoid work, lead postponed the work for tomorrow
🤬🤬🤬 I am really sick of this project and dont want to work on some stupid data cutover activity.. So I took sick leave but these 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 postponed the work for tomorrow.
Once you are into the project, you can't be stubborn or can't tell you won't work. If you are not interested then have one to one meeting and openly you can speak to your manager. If you are feeling, you are not given work upto your expectations or upto your skills then you are open to work anywhere. Just move out of Infy and search for some opportunities outside rather than wasting your time.
Bruh.. no offence.. but I have been in this project for 2.5 years and I know how they work.. eg there was one prod issue and my lead was working on it.. and when we joined call he asked me to share my screen so he doesnt have to work🙂
These people deserve to be treated like this man..
There is no point in taking a leave.. even if you take off for a month the work will still be exactly there when you come back.. personal experience 🤣.. there was even more work..
Finish the work as soon as possible and then chill.. it's more easier than anything else..
Take a leave for the entire week now. 😜
