At least in my experience, for the projects I worked for, there were dumb managers. They lacked both people management and technical skills but excelled in micro management, discouraging and demotivating employees especially freshers.

Reskilling is an excuse to demotivate people.

As a matter of fact, there are no employee benefits except the yearly bonus in March month with which you can't even have decent Lunch/Dinner.

Even a small question mark from clients can get you world of troubles.

In every phase of work, you will realise you are alone. You will not be backed by anyone. But you should share your recognition to your managers. The middle management will be unfair / unethical all the time.

The only three plus points of Infosys are -

Better Infrastructure, way better than any Casual dressing - BTW now its not there. Brand name, people know Infosys more than any company of this category

Lastly I would say all that glitters is not gold. Infosys is one of those company which looks great from outside but inside you are not even allowed to walk on the lawn.
