Trending @Infosys; Question: What is the eligibility for skill tag amount, and what is it? how much amount we will get if we have skill tag.

Go to the Skill Tag page, which you will be able to find in the Learning and Career page. Then choose any skill tag and follow the below steps:-

1. At first you need to click on “Aspire”(Then the Aspire check box will be marked as green automatically).

2. Then you have to complete all the required certifications and courses(When the system will check that you have completed all the required certifications then the “Learn” check box will be marked as green).

3. After that your manager needs to align you in that project code based on the skill tag. Suppose you’re trying to do an Cloud Professional skill tag then your manager needs to align you in that project code(When your manager will align you like this then the “Align” check box will be marked as green).

4. Then you have to work on that project and project code for a minimum of 90 days, then the “Experience” check box will be marked as green.

5. When all the check boxes will be marked as green then your unit anchor will approve, after that you will get the skill tag confirmation mail and after 1-2 weeks it will be visible to your profile.

** Skill Tag is applicable from JL4. If you are JL3 then you can do only “Aspire and Learn” steps, but “Align and Experience” steps will not be enabled until you reach JL4.

** Skill Tag not applicable for Digital Specialist Engineer(DSE), Specialist Programmer, Power Programmer, Emerging Tech career streams.

** Skill tag incentive depends on JL level.

** NICHE & PREMIUM type skill tags are eligible for incentive.

Skill tag incentive criteria changes every FY. It depends on the TPU, ratings and billability too
