I recently joined Infy and I'm still facing difficulties to understand about the DQ process. Any suggestions - How can we improve DQ. Our hike and promotion is fully based on DQ itself rather than our performance? How much DQ score needs to be gained in a year (Is it mandatory in Infy?).
Don't bother much about DQ. This is not the primary criteria for your growth in Infy.
Update your Primary and Secondary Skills on Infyme.
In the Learning and Career, check the relevant skilltag, and complete required Internal/External certificates for the skilltag.
No hurry, slowly you can do 1 or 2 certificates in a quarter.
Ok,Thanks. Shouldn't we get reimbursement for external certications that are not available in Lex?
Just update your skills in Learning & career portal , play with skills table , also just for heads up each unit has skill tag benefits just check with unit are you in , pursue that skill tag & bingo you will be eligible for skill tag incentive. Check in L&C whether that Skill tag is under niche or premium category .
