If I apply half day leave , and other half wfh : is it counted as wfo offc ?

A month ago, I applied for a half-day leave but did not work during the second half—I neither applied for work-from-home nor went to the office. However, I didn't receive any reminder to apply for the second half.

Did it affect 10 days wfh , like after applying half day , did you loose 1 day wfh
