Trending @Infosys; Query regarding STG notice period
Hi I have resigned because I got an offer but with not so much hike. Switching from there to a very good company would be difficult. So I have decided not to join that company One month has passed connect with manager has not happened yet should i take back the resignation. I am just worried if I take it back after a month will they still retain me. Or maybe they might release me earlier as well. Can they release me earlier? When do u know about it?
First thing:I have asked my manager whose name should I give while resigning on day of holi.Then call from manager ,mentor, MU Lead.each call lasted 1 hr.At last they agreed for my progression to L2 with CTC more then 15 and less than 16 I have an offer of 17.If your manager or mentor did not call you after resignation then things in infosys are not favourable to you.
Second thing: I got it written that my progression will happen from April but the letter is not out yet.So join the new company.
Third thing:Every body runs for money including you , me and infosys.But money runs after demand supply equation.less supply more demand more money.
My suggestion is to swith and keep improving your skills.
Its a DSA instructor job not a developer job thatswhy i am considering sitting here. The HR told initially that its an SDE+instructor role. After some days of research I got to know its just teaching job
Manager is from a different unit.Call with manager has already happened. Now its turn for MU lead call.
