Do anyone had a discussion with HR regarding pip training ? Do they really give 2 options 1. Complete pip 2.resign with 5 months salary . Anyone have any idea do tell please.

Pip tasks you mean ? You should ask for options if not accept pip .And start looking outside instead of this mental torture
