I got NI rating and got a letter regarding PIP. Last week got a call from GPM, he asked shall I serve PIP or resign. I told him that I will resign. He told I will get a call from HR regarding the discussion. Can someone please tell in how many days I will get call from HR and in how many days I need to put resignation?

Not sure when HR will call but when there is a discussion it will be mostly the same day

Soon the will call you for in-person meeting, then they will ask you to resign. No need to serve notice period but still you’ll get 3 months payment in FnF. Yes, you’ll get same day release.
