I have transferred my pf balance from the previous company to infy but the same is not showing in the epfo passbook and in the infy portal. Can anyone help me if you have any information about this?

It will not show in epfo passbook, as infosys have its own trust to manage pf, also in infy portal it will reflect once you receive the mail of transfer completion from infosys end.

In EPFO Portal it is showing transferred and Approved by Field Office

You need to raise a ticket in your previous company with all the transfer details then they will initiate the transfer.
