Do you get hike on CTC or basic salary?

I joined on jan 2022 i have never seen a hike till date. Dont hope anywhere soon

I have contacted with my manager on hike. and my manager said there is no hike or promotion for 2024.

Also you are not eligible for it. As for recent release, people joined before oct 2021 were eligible.
