I have around 4 years of experience. Infosys is my first company. Now I got another opportunity. So for background verification, they were asking me to send below details of PF and ESIC.

PF :

  1. Earlier a member of the Employee's provident Fund scheme 1952?
  2. Earlier a member of the Employee's Pension Scheme, 1995?

ESIC :

  1. ESIC card document number
  2. Previous ESI Number
  3. Previous Employer's Code Number
  4. Name and Address of Previous Employer

Can anyone please let me know where I can find these details?

This is your first company, so you don't need to show or send them any previous employment PF's.
