If you have not mapped then try to avoid joining this project. Few reasons

3 days of the week office
very bad code written in all of the projects of springboot and react
due to the budget issue your performance is good then also they will not give promotion and hike

My current project is going to end my manager is moving all of us to Verizon so I don't want to go for Verizon .I spoke with her she told me to drop a mail .I dropped will that cause any issue
